FASMA, a National Center on Spectrum Research and Innovation is being organized by Texas A&M University, along with multiple partner institutions. The center will tackle a range of issues related to more efficient, effective, and fair use of the radio spectrum. The Center seeks to engage a broad range of stakeholders: researchers, technologists, educators, industry, policy makers, ethicists, and community organizations.
